Spectrum Works

Spectrum Works is a unique nonprofit that provides job training and employment to young adults with autism by building inclusive workforces at its partner companies.

The Spectrum Works Job Training Program supports high school students in its structured learning experience programs.  At our partner companies, trainees work alongside job coaches and partner company mentors to develop professional skills and set goals.  The program is tiered to match an individual’s skill level as well as their ability to work autonomously.

The Post High School Internship Program offers opportunities to increase employability, learn the skills needed to work in the distribution industry, and potentially be employed by the partner company after successful completion of the internship program.
