Flynn House of NJ, Inc.

Flynn House of New Jersey, Inc. was established and incorporated in February of 1961 by a group of individuals concerned for the welfare of alcoholic men with nowhere to go upon release from hospitals or other institutions. We maintain no religious affiliation, but was modeled after the Flynn Christian Fellowship sober houses originating in Baltimore some years prior.

Jewish Family Service (JFS) of Central New Jersey

A nonprofit, non-sectarian, social services agency, with offices in Elizabeth and Scotch Plains, New Jersey. JFS staff provides an array of specialized services for individuals, families and children and works to strengthen family life and encourage personal growth by providing quality social and health services to individuals and families in need.

Hyacinth AIDS Foundation

Our mission at Hyacinth is to help people live with HIV, slow the spread of the epidemic, and serve as a critical voice in the public debate surrounding AIDS in New Jersey.

Jefferson Park Ministries Inc.(JPM)

Our mission is to serve immigrant families and youth by providing services that enhance their quality of life while promoting empowerment to manage their day to day activities. JPM provides a range of culturally-competent services for the Haitian community, as well as services for other at-risk populations including Latinx and African Americans. 

Neighborhood Health Services Corporation

As a community health center, we proudly serve the residents of the greater Union County, New Jersey area by providing high quality primary care, dental services regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay.

Plainfield Action Services (PAS)

The mission of PAS is to provide services to Plainfield’s low-income families and individuals regardless of ethnicity, religion or race through programs, direct monetary assistance (when available), information and referrals.

St. Joseph Social Service Center

Since 1983, the Center has served the materially poor and homeless community of greater Elizabeth, New Jersey, by providing basic human needs such as food, clothing and medications, as well as a wide range of services and programs to help them acquire the material goods and social services they need to live with integrity.

The New Jersey Parents' Caucus, Inc. is a coalition of families whose mission is to ensure that every family who has children with special emotional and behavioral needs is given an opportunity to play a strong and active role in the conceptualization, development and delivery of effective and timely services for their children.

Plainfield Community Outreach

Plainfield Community Outreach, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the ministries of Grace Church. 

United Family & Children's Society

Today the focus is on mental health services, adoption, foster care, special programming for pregnant and parenting teens and services for 175 de-institutionalized adults in a Plainfield residential healthcare facility. The agency is licensed by the NJ Department of Human Services for adoption and mental health outpatient services.

Community Health Law Project (CHLP)

The essential mission of CHLP is to provide legal and advocacy services to New Jersey residents with disabilities. We serve consumers of mental health services, people with physical disabilities, HIV/AIDS, developmental disabilities, and visual impairments.

Summit Oaks Hospital

Summit Oaks Hospital provides psychiatric and substance abuse treatment to children as young as 5, adolescents and adults. Inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs are offered to individuals who have private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare.

Special Child Health Services Case Management Unit (SCHS-CMU)

New Jersey has made a commitment to assist families caring for children with complex, long-term medical and developmental disabilities. For these "special needs" children, prompt attention to their condition early in life helps assure they will lead healthier lives when they are older.

New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NJCASA)

NJCASA elevates the voice of sexual violence survivors and service providers by advocating for survivor-centered legislation, training allied professionals, and supporting statewide prevention strategies that work to address and defy the socio-cultural norms that permit and promote rape culture.

NJ Parent Link

The focus of NJ Parent Link is to meet the information and resource needs of expectant parents, families with young children (newborns to children entering kindergarten) and professional stakeholders vested in the health & well-being of New Jersey's children & families. Parenting and support resources for families with older children, school aged to young adulthood, are also available.
