HOPES Community Action Partnership (CAP), Inc. is a Non-Profit Agency established in 1964 that provides programs that respond to the social, educational, and training needs of the community. As a Community Action Partner, HOPES is committed to addressing the barriers and causes of poverty as we empower individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. We have diverse programs for the entire range of our community from:

In our programs, we do this by:
- Engaging families in the care and development of their child/children.
- Fostering the development of young children, birth to 5 years of age.
- Preparing these children for school readiness.
- Promoting health in Expectant Women and children.
- assisting adults through social services and education opportunities.
- Facilitating financial empowerment for individuals and families.
- Helping seniors maintain independent lifestyles.
- Strengthening the bonds of families and friendships.
