Gary Tsiperfal, LCSW is an alumnus of Rutgers University and has been working in the system of care in New Jersey since 2005.  Gary has experience working as a Behavioral Assistant and Care Manager in central New Jersey and is fully committed to the wraparound process.  Gary has worked as an IIH and IIC for almost four years now and believes in an individualized approach to treatment utilizing creative as well as formal approaches to therapy.  Gary is bilingual in Russian. 

Gary specializes in working with the IDD population and children and families involved with CMO and/or Mobile Response.  Gary is certified in art and play therapy, CBT, ABA training, domestic violence counseling, lifelong self-sufficiency, and job training.  Gary is a published author, artist, and photographer who strongly believes in the power of creativity and often uses art and play therapy in his practice.  Gary has facilitated several lectures and exhibits in New York and New Jersey in an effort to bring more awareness to the positive coping and self-esteem building of the arts.  

Gary is able to connect well with his clients, is positive, accountable and knowledgeable.  Gary is dedicated to his clients and to meeting expectations of system partners in order to meet treatment goals.
