The Power Mondays Male Mentoring Program, hosted by the Family Support Organization of Union County (FSOUC), is a free summer mentoring initiative designed to empower young men ages 14–21 through leadership development, career preparation, and life skills training.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on:
- Leadership development
- Resume building
- Public speaking
- Telephone and professional etiquette
- Financial literacy
- Civic responsibility
- Career readiness
- Exposure to local businesses
- Opportunities to participate in additional workforce training
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a professional business starter kit, including a suit, to help prepare them for future educational and career opportunities.
The program concludes with a celebratory cookout for participants.
