GRACE meets community needs with community resources to enable the good health and success of our vulnerable and underserved neighbors. We distribute fresh food and essential supplies to Summit residents and the people who work, worship and receive care in Summit. We imagine a community where everyone has what they need: Fresh Food, Essential Supplies, Stabilizing Supports.

Please contact us if you need support with accessing fresh food, essential items (seasonal clothing, hygiene supplies, toilet paper, diapers, period products, household cleaning supply), or stabilizing supports, to help your family get what they need to thrive. 

With the support of over 80 community partners who bring stabilizing support services onsite, we are here to ensure our neighbors have what they need. Partners bring referrals and supports for utility and rental assistance, job supports, tutoring, legal counsel, vaccines, health screenings and dental care, SNAP-Ed and financial support programs, access to educational supports, enrichment programs, and more.
