Holy Trinity Wellness & Leadership Group, LLC is a New Jersey behavioral health practice providing evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy, Intensive In-Community (IIC), parent mentoring, and community-based behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Our mission is to promote emotional wellness, strengthen families, and improve community well-being through compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful care. We provide comprehensive behavioral health services utilizing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, family systems approaches, and parent coaching.

Our clinicians work collaboratively with caregivers, schools, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, Care Management Organizations (CMOs), Children's System of Care (CSOC) partners, and other community providers to develop individualized treatment plans that support emotional regulation, behavioral functioning, resilience, family stability, and long-term success.

Holy Trinity Wellness & Leadership Group serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, adjustment difficulties, grief, family conflict, parenting challenges, and other behavioral health needs. Services are provided through office-based outpatient psychotherapy, telehealth, and community-based interventions designed to improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.
