Kean University CCAMPIS (Child Care Means Parents in School)

Free Child Care for Kean University Students for children 2.5 and up.

CCAMPIS (Child Care Access Means Parents In School)  is a federal grant program of the U.S. Department of Education that assists qualified student parents/guardians with the cost of high-quality child care while completing their degree.

Eligibility

  • Kean University Students
  • Current FAFSA on file 
  • Pell Grant eligible     
  • Have a child between the ages of 2.5-5 years old (to qualify for daycare)
  • Have a child between the ages of 2.5-13 years old (to qualify for the aftercare program)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Not receiving a childcare subsidy from another local, state, or federal program
  • Enrolled in degree-seeking program
