Pathways, a program of The Connection for Women and Families, provides educational resources, ongoing support groups, and wellness programs for women with cancer, creating a community in which shared experiences lead to personal growth and healing.
Pathways has been in existence since 1994, serving women and their families in Northern New Jersey with community-based support services and resources at no cost. We are committed to empowering women to recognize their strengths and to make choices that enable them to become their own self-care advocates.

Ongoing Programs

The Connection for Women and Families
The Connection for Women and Families offers a wide range of fitness, wellness, and enrichment programs for adults and children. These programs, which have fees associated with them, include: fitness center, water exercise, lap swimming, yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation, massage, aerobics, dance, fencing, karate, and kickboxing.
